- Each home that is newly listed for sale inside the area you draw. You choose whether to include houses, condos, or both.
- How often does it send?
- The listing feed is checked daily. New listings found that day are printed and mailed, so you never build a list or upload addresses yourself.
- How is it priced?
- Per postcard, by monthly volume, with printing, postage, and delivery included: CA$2.56 at 1–1,000 pieces a month, CA$1.76 at 1,001–5,000 pieces a month, CA$1.49 at 5,001–10,000 pieces a month, CA$1.38 at 10,001+ pieces a month. You see the estimate for your area before you pay.
