- Who receives the postcards?
- Every home newly listed for sale inside the area you draw on the map, addressed to the homeowner. You can include houses, condos, or both.
- How soon after a home lists does the postcard go out?
- The listing feed is checked every day. Homes found that day are printed and mailed, so your card arrives early in the listing, while the seller is still choosing movers, cleaners and stagers.
- How is the monthly price set?
- When you draw your area we count how many homes listed there recently and estimate a month. Your plan is that estimate times the per-postcard rate: CA$2.56 each up to 1,000 a month, CA$1.76 from 1,001, down to CA$1.38 at 10,001+. Printing, postage and delivery are included. You see the exact number before you pay.
- What if more homes list than my plan covers?
- Your plan doubles as a monthly spending cap. Once the month’s postcards are used up, sending pauses until the next month starts, so the bill never goes over the price you agreed to.
- Do I need a postcard design?
- No. Enter your website and we pull your logo, colours and contact details, then start the postcard with copy written for your trade. You can edit everything before it mails.
- Where does it work?
- Anywhere in Canada with listing coverage. Draw a city, a few neighbourhoods or your whole service radius; if an area has no coverage yet, the map tells you and we can set it up with you.
