Reach new homeowners the week they move
People who are moving buy more services in a month than most households buy in a year. Choose your business and area to see how many moves happen near you, and what an automatic mail program costs: from $1.38 a postcard or $1.58 a letter.

Each listing costs about $74.50 to mail to 50 neighbours.
A home-value card to the neighbours of each recent sale: when a house on the street sells, everyone nearby wonders what theirs is worth. Mailed within days of the sale, while the sign is still fresh in people’s minds.

Set this up with usThe Canadian problem
Why there is no good new mover list here
In the US you can rent a list of last month’s movers built from change-of-address filings. In Canada that route is mostly closed: Canada Post’s change-of-address data isn’t available for building marketing lists, and PIPEDA and provincial privacy laws limit how personal information can be traded. The compiled “new mover” lists that do exist tend to be small, late and expensive per name.
The better signal is public and immediate: the home itself. A new listing means the owner is about to move out. A sale means a new owner is about to move in. Mail sent to those addresses, or to the homes around them, reaches households at the exact moment they are choosing movers, lawyers, cleaners, contractors and insurers.

Movers and junk removal
A card to every home that just listed: they are about to pack, purge and move, and need you in the next few weeks. Arrives in the first week of the listing, before the moving date is booked.

Home services
New owners repaint, re-key, re-landscape and service the furnace in their first months. Reach the homes around each sale too. Lands as the new owners settle in, when the to-do list is longest.

Insurance and mortgage brokers
Sellers are about to need a new mortgage and new home insurance. A letter when they list starts the conversation early. Reaches sellers while they are still comparing options for their next home.

How the program runs
Set it once, and every move gets a card
- Choose your service area: a city, a set of postal codes or a drawn boundary.
- Pick the trigger (new listings, sales, or both) and the property types you serve.
- Approve your postcard or letter. We can design it with you.
- Set a monthly budget cap. Each business day, new matches are printed and mailed automatically.
Because the mail follows real moves, volume rises and falls with your local market. The cap means a busy spring never surprises you; quieter months simply cost less.

FAQ
Questions people ask
Can I buy a new mover mailing list in Canada?
Not the way US businesses can. Canada Post’s change-of-address information can’t be used to build marketing lists, and privacy law limits how personal information is shared. Some brokers sell compiled lists, but they are thin and often stale.
So how do you reach people who are moving?
Through the home itself. A home that has just been listed for sale belongs to someone about to move; a home that has just sold is about to welcome a new owner. Mailing those addresses (or the homes around them) reaches movers at the moment they need help, without buying a list.
Who is the letter or postcard addressed to?
Mail goes to the property address, addressed to “Homeowner”. The listing feed doesn’t give us the owner’s name and we never print it, and this page shows totals only.
Which businesses get the best results?
Movers and junk removal, real estate lawyers and notaries, mortgage and insurance brokers, and home services such as cleaning, painting, HVAC, landscaping and locksmiths: anyone whose service is needed in the weeks around a move.
Is sold data available everywhere?
Sold activity is currently available in Alberta. Elsewhere we use new listings, which tell you a move is coming a few weeks earlier, and that is often the better moment to reach a seller anyway.
How often are the cards mailed?
Automatically, a few days after each listing or sale appears, every business day. You set the area, the property types and a monthly budget cap; we print and post each piece.
